Role Accomplishments:
Working directly with the founder, I helped spin out Pikl—an AI-native staffing platform—from its parent company, Vangst. I led customer discovery, product design, and rapid prototyping for multi-user platforms. I brought the product vision to life through high-fidelity Figma prototypes that secured five early customers and guided engineering from concept to MVP in an ambitious 60-day build.
Role Accomplishments:
I founded Sustaio in 2020, inspired by my Master’s thesis in Sustainable Design. What started as a research concept grew into a consumer climate platform that helped households cut energy costs, reduce their carbon footprint, and earn real cash rewards for sustainable actions. Over the following years, I led Sustaio from idea to market—going through the Techstars Energy Accelerator, raising a $500K pre-seed from VCs and angels, and landing one of the largest energy providers in the U.S. as a customer. I designed and built the platform end-to-end using low-code tooling, developed an algorithm that translated grid, gas, and water data into household carbon-intensity insights, managed complex energy integrations, secured 25 retail partners, and grew the product to 1,000+ users.
Role Accomplishments:
I directed the product and design strategy for a rapidly scaling talent marketplace serving over 100,000 users. My work focused on simplifying and modernizing the marketplace—cleaning up core workflows, reducing friction, and elevating usability. I also redesigned the company website to strengthen positioning and conversion. Most notably, I led the end-to-end product spin-out of Pikl from Vangst, defining the vision, architecture, and execution needed to establish it as a fully independent business. I managed a five-person engineering team throughout, keeping the roadmap tightly aligned with business outcomes.
Role Accomplishments:
I partnered with Birdstop to evolve the end-to-end visual and product foundation across brand identity, marketing website, and SaaS UI—establishing a cohesive experience that communicates technical credibility, supports product clarity, and scales with the company as the platform evolves.
I helped a local DTC grocery delivery service evolve from Google Form ordering into a scalable Shopify eCommerce experience. By keeping pre-packaged baskets while adding customizable ordering through a product catalog, we increased customer agency and boosted average weekly order value by 25%—while improving procurement visibility for operations.
