In the fall of 2014, I set off on a whirlwind adventure to trek the Annapurna Circuit. Before leaving, I pitched the idea of doing an adventure series for Revant Optics blog where I produced a travel narrative, how to pieces, and adventure photography to excite and inform readers. This narrative expresses an insightful POV of the visceral experience of trekking in the Himalayas.
With this trip, I saw an opportunity for Revant to test and showcase their products in many different climates and altitudes exhibiting their full spectrum of lens offerings. This also provided a chance to stoke excitement for product with adventure.
Product placement was a key to the photography in these articles for them to serve their purpose for Revant.
